Outback Air CO2 System - $255.00
We have upgraded the Outback Air CO2 system for 2004!! The new
Outback Air (Xtreme Duty) CO2 system
is more rugged and reliable than ever! We have added the super tough Line-X™ bedliner
material to the bottom 4" of the Outback Air CO2
cylinder and on the valve handle for unmatched durability, grip and great looks.
And we have
also upgraded our already super-durable polyurethane coil hose to be completely user-serviceable
in the field! The coupler and connector on the ends of the hose now use compression fittings to
attach to the hose and are easy to take off and re-attach if you ever damage the end of the hose!
Downtime in the field is minimized and your 4-wheelin’ time is maximized!

I'm impressed...I can air up my 36x12.5x15 TSL's from about 5 psi to 35 psi in less than
2 minutes per tire... |

Note: No gauges are necessary, tank pressure is constant at ~800 psi when there is 'any'
liquid CO2 left in the tank. How do you know when to refill?
Simply measure what's left by weight. An empty tank with a regulator attached weighs ~15 lbs.
13 lbs. w/o regulator. So an Outback Air tank and regulator with a fresh charge of liquid
CO2 weighs ~25 lbs.
We use all brass "industrial" type couplers and connectors, ensuring everything expands and
contracts at the same rate, thus maintaining a consistent seal at all times.
The Outback Air CO2 system is equipped with a permanent screw-in 'O'
ring seal on the tank valve, so there's nothing to lose when the regulator is removed. With our
supplied air chuck, all you have to do is fill the tank and you're ready to go!
