Where can I get my Outback Air CO2 tank filled?
Most welding supply shops or fire extinguisher service/supply shops can fill your Outback Air
CO2 tank. You can also check with local beverage service companies.
Some can fill them while you wait and others will ask you to leave the tank to be filled.
Remember to remove the regulator when taking the Outback Air CO2 tank
to be filled.
Filling costs range anywhere from $8 to $14 depending on where you go. Shop around!
CO2 tanks must be vented (by the filling company) before
refilling. Use as much of the fill as possible before getting your Outback Air CO2
system refilled. Don’t waste what’s still in there!
How do I know when to refill my Outback Air CO2 tank?
Simply measure what's left by weight. An empty tank with a regulator attached weighs ~15 lbs
(13 lbs. w/o regulator). So an Outback Air tank and regulator with a fresh charge of liquid
CO2 weighs ~25 lbs.

CO2 TANK SAFETY
Liquid CO2 is fast, efficient, and safe. It has essentially the same
expansive properties as oxygen – is non-corrosive and most of all is non-flamable.
As with all gases stored under pressure, there are precautions that must be taken to ensure
proper handling at all times...
